This extension had to be piled and timber framed due to the surrounding trees. We then opened up the back of the house to the extension creating this large kitchen/diner/living area. Externally we took all the pebbledash off the outside walls and then sprayed th whole house in Ecorend spray render giving the outside a complete facelift.

Here we extended 3m across the back of the house as well as removing the entire rear wall of the existing house. We also removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and the lounge. This created an enormous kitchen/diner/living area.

Here we built a small rear extension, knocking the existing kitchen & lounge into the extension. This created an open plan kitchen/dining/living area as well as creating a downstairs shower room. Bi-fold doors were fitted across the back of the house ensuring this new room was flooded in daylight

Here we demolished the existing garage & utility room and rebuilt a new garage & utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor we created a new bedroom & large en-suite

This was a two storey rear extension and single storey wrap around extension. The customer now benefits from a kitchen/diner twice the size they had before and a new utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor we turned their smallest bedroom into their master bedroom by doubling it in size and installing a brand new en-suite.

Traditional underfloor heating in the extension and then heat emission plates installed between the joists in existing areas. Aluminium bi-fold doors, french doors & roof lanterns provided the daylighting to the new areas.  Single ply membrane was used for the roof finish giving the rear of this property an ultra modern feel.
