This extension had to be piled and timber framed due to the surrounding trees. We then opened up the back of the house to the extension creating this large kitchen/diner/living area. Externally we took all the pebbledash off the outside walls and then sprayed th whole house in Ecorend spray render giving the outside a complete facelift.

This loft conversion was tricky, as the surgery remained open for patients throughout the whole build. The previously unused loft was converted to new office space for the admin team so the first floor offices could be converted into much needed treatment rooms.

This basement extension saw us extending below the garden & driveway of this listed thatched cottage. We then created a tiered courtyard which led down to the basement extension. A new internal oak staircase links the old cottage to the new extension. We then installed a new driveway and garden back on top of the extension so no precious land was lost for the client. Finally we refurbed the existing cottage throughout creating an ultra modern but at the same time rustic feel.

This piled foundation kitchen extension involved us taking down two existing walls to create a huge open plan kitchen/diner

Here we extended 3m across the back of the house as well as removing the entire rear wall of the existing house. We also removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and the lounge. This created an enormous kitchen/diner/living area.

This part subterranean extension created an ensuite off an existing ground floor bedroom. New retaining walls were required to hold back earth, which was up to 3.4 metres at its highest point. The trickiest part of this job was getting rid of all the excavated soil as we were excavating the road we needed the machines to travel up. We persevered though.

The project was finished with floating slabs added to the roof of the extension which provided a terrace above with views of Wimborne & beyond.

Here we removed the existing kitchen and knocked through from the kitchen ionto the dining room and blocking off the dining room from the lounge.New lighting & plastering throughout and new fitted kitchen

Here we had to bring a kitchen, dining room and part of the hallway together to form one huge kitchen/diner. Five large steels were installed to support floors above where walls were taken out. Dual coloured kitchen was fitted with all the latest mod cons such as Quooker hot water tap & downdraft extractor.

We were tasked with transforming damp & previously flooded rooms into offices, toilets & the main playroom. We worked with the preschool on everything from position of sockets to colour of toilet cubicles. No stone was left unturned.  This job had a finite timeline as the preschool had to be in by September term as their old building was being sold by the landlord and they had to find the new premises & renovate it to Ofsted standards within 5 months.  Despite being fully booked up, we had to help them and we turned it around just in time for them.

Here we took off the flat roof and lantern of a previous single storey extension and took it up another storey. We then knocked through a small box bedroom into the extension giving the customer a large bedroom which they could then incorporate a dressing area & en-suite

Here we built a small rear extension, knocking the existing kitchen & lounge into the extension. This created an open plan kitchen/dining/living area as well as creating a downstairs shower room. Bi-fold doors were fitted across the back of the house ensuring this new room was flooded in daylight

This renovation project involved taking out walls that seperated the kitchen, dining room & W/C. This then created an ultra modern open plan kitchen/diner/living area. The French Door opening was extended so they could be replaced with aluminium bi-fold doors.  Lastly the staircase spindles were replaced with modern floor to ceiling spindles.

This ground floor renovation saw us open up a living, dining, and kitchen space into and open plan living space. The previous ground floor toilet was moved back, taking some of the previous garage space, and redesigned to provide room for a washer and dryer to keep them out of the main living space.

The scope was to extend & completely refurbish the existing annexe so the home owners parents could move into it.  A vaulted ceiling & roof window was added to the bedroom extension which flooded the room in daylight.  High end sanitaryware was used for the bathroom and a bespoke Wren kitchen for the kitchen area.  The flooring was finished off with luxury vinyl for the living areas and premium carpet for the bedroom. The end product gave the customer more living space and a more modern feel to the property.

Converted this unused loft space to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. A new staircased was fitted to bring the ground floor and first floor together as well as two dormers created to roof to give the first floor more head height.

This two storey side extension and single storey rear extension involved us pulling down a detached garage. We then built a new garage, lounge & garden room on the ground floor. Then on the first floor we created two new dressing rooms & two new en-suites for existing bedrooms.

Here we demolished the existing garage & utility room and rebuilt a new garage & utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor we created a new bedroom & large en-suite

This was a two storey rear extension and single storey wrap around extension. The customer now benefits from a kitchen/diner twice the size they had before and a new utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor we turned their smallest bedroom into their master bedroom by doubling it in size and installing a brand new en-suite.

Traditional underfloor heating in the extension and then heat emission plates installed between the joists in existing areas. Aluminium bi-fold doors, french doors & roof lanterns provided the daylighting to the new areas.  Single ply membrane was used for the roof finish giving the rear of this property an ultra modern feel. 

This involved us taking down the roof of the garage and putting a master bedroom and en-suite above the old garage and converting the garage space to a utility room/second kitchen.
