This piled foundation kitchen extension involved us taking down two existing walls to create a huge open plan kitchen/diner

Here we removed the existing kitchen and knocked through from the kitchen ionto the dining room and blocking off the dining room from the lounge.New lighting & plastering throughout and new fitted kitchen

Here we had to bring a kitchen, dining room and part of the hallway together to form one huge kitchen/diner. Five large steels were installed to support floors above where walls were taken out. Dual coloured kitchen was fitted with all the latest mod cons such as Quooker hot water tap & downdraft extractor.

We were tasked with transforming damp & previously flooded rooms into offices, toilets & the main playroom. We worked with the preschool on everything from position of sockets to colour of toilet cubicles. No stone was left unturned.  This job had a finite timeline as the preschool had to be in by September term as their old building was being sold by the landlord and they had to find the new premises & renovate it to Ofsted standards within 5 months.  Despite being fully booked up, we had to help them and we turned it around just in time for them.

Here we took off the flat roof and lantern of a previous single storey extension and took it up another storey. We then knocked through a small box bedroom into the extension giving the customer a large bedroom which they could then incorporate a dressing area & en-suite

The scope was to extend & completely refurbish the existing annexe so the home owners parents could move into it.  A vaulted ceiling & roof window was added to the bedroom extension which flooded the room in daylight.  High end sanitaryware was used for the bathroom and a bespoke Wren kitchen for the kitchen area.  The flooring was finished off with luxury vinyl for the living areas and premium carpet for the bedroom. The end product gave the customer more living space and a more modern feel to the property.

Converted this unused loft space to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. A new staircased was fitted to bring the ground floor and first floor together as well as two dormers created to roof to give the first floor more head height.

This involved us taking down the roof of the garage and putting a master bedroom and en-suite above the old garage and converting the garage space to a utility room/second kitchen.
